On 10, 11 and 12 January I recorded the text of A Book of Noises at Electric Breeze Audio in Oxford. Here’s a picture of me, happy but completely shattered, at the end of it. I owe a lot of people thanks, especially the seventy or so who pledged to a Kickstarter to fund the recording, and not least to Cat Bohannon, who very generously matched a proportion of those pledges and helped us get over the line.
Recording was hard, and I am enormously grateful to Rich Woodhouse at Electric Breeze for his professionalism, patience and warmth. He will work magic in post production.
We will finish the audiobook in the next few weeks, and make it available on the major platforms, probably in March.
